How does it work?

Submit photos of your child (or children) in their Halloween Costume.  Children should be between the age of 0 and 12.  View the entries and vote for your favorite. 

What are the prizes?

2nd Place:  $50 Chappell's Gift Certificate
3rd Place:  $25 Cookie Cottage Gift Certificate

Can I still play if the contest has already started?

Yes. As long as it is still within the voting period.
